If after this point your order still has not been received we will track the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Returns: Small items may be returned by post. For Large Items please contact us at info@melissaryan.co.uk . Please enclose the invoice that will be sent with your items when returning your items in the post. You will be refunded in full once we have received your items.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days.

In the unlikely event your items are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to arrange a replacement or refund you in full once we have received the faulty items back. If the item is small and is being sent back to us, you must keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in transit.

In regards to the return of all Pencil pleat curtains, the strings must not be pulled or a refund will not be given.
